graduated from The London College of Fashion in 2006 where I studied
Fashion Art & design and then Fashion Photography and Styling. After graduating from The London College of Fashion, I worked in The Designer Studio at Harrods for a year where I gained love and inspiration from different designers. I always loved fashion but was more interested in styling my outfits to my body shape and colourings rather than following a trend. I found a common problem when shopping was that I could never find anything that fitted or complimented my body shape. Through frustration I started making my own clothes, which I loved for me. More and more people would ask me where my clothes were from and I'd answer, I made it. Realising the potential, Alice's Boutique was then born January 2009, providing a bespoke design service offering Bodycon styles custom made to your specification. The choice of so many different colours can't be found in any shop along with the price tag and individuality that comes with it. I work from my studio on a made to measure basis. Every piece I make is unique to that individual. I believe every girl just wants to look to their best potential and this shouldn't have to cost a fortune! I'm constantly searching for new fabrics and limit each colour and design to 50 pieces each so that it keeps the line exclusive..” |
